This part-time Pharmacist role offers a competitive base salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a substantial performance-based annual bonus.
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pharmacist to join our team on a part-time basis at our busy Fore Street store in St. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community pharmacy and delivering expert care to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
- Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
- Build the pharmacy capability of store teams
- Conduct continual review through audit, observations, and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
- Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services
Requirements:
- Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external local professionals
- Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers
- Be collaborative with a team-centered approach
- Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
- Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients
