About the Role:


The Pharmacy Practice Manager role at Asda Pharmacy is a unique blend of patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader with a passion for Healthcare, patients, and driving a profitable business.


As a Pharmacy Practice Manager, you will be accountable for delivering all Pharmacy-related targets and deadlines, as well as managing the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues.


On a day-to-day basis, you will lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, achieving high levels of patient safety.


You will take direct responsibility for the support and development of all direct reports and locums, maintaining high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC operating standards and clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
  • Manage the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues
  • Deliver all Pharmacy-related targets and deadlines
  • Maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance

Requirements:



  • A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
  • Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
  • Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist
  • Able to deliver results by inspiring and motivating the team
