About the Role:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management of all work packages related to Business Process Management, aligning with the Joint Transformation Programme vision and objectives.
  • Design and implement end-to-end business process management, including best practices for performance visibility and accountability.
  • Establish a culture of transparency and trust to ensure effective visibility and accountability.

About You:

  • Experience: Significant experience working at a management level in a business planning and change role, managing multiple complex/cross-cutting workstreams.
  • Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
  • Benefits: A competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous pension scheme.
