Caretaker and Cleaner

**Role 1 Weekend cleaner**

Our client is looking for a cleaner to clean a government building at the weekends. The location is 1.5 miles from Wymondham town centre and can be easily access via public transport
- Part Time 10 hrs per weekend
- Saturday to Sunday 9am - 1pm
- Start ASAP after vetting has been completed
- Salary £5,166

Duties
- General and emergency cleaning, in locations such as offices, toilets and public areas
- To collect all waste and deposit at specified points within the facility boundary To ensure all supplies are appropriately stored and in compliance to provided procedures and COSHH regulations

**Skills**:

- A minimum of 6 months cleaning work background in a work place setting such as offices government buildings, hospitals etc

**Role 2: Caretaker**

***Our client is looking for a caretaker to work in a government building in Wymondham. The location is 1.5 miles from Wymondham town centre and can be easily access via public transport

The majority of this role will be cleaning focused with some grounds maintenance. Please note you may also be required to travel to alternate sites so a driving licence and use of your own vehicle is required
- Mon
- Fri 8am - 5.30pm
- Salary £23.5k

Duties
- Providing a full cleaning service (planned, reactive and specialist) within the whole secure facility
- Offer out of hour's availability for reactive service (desirable)
- Undertake grounds and gardens maintenance, including planting, grass cutting, weeding etc
- Undertake and support the completion of the facilities planned preventative maintenance service provision
- Collect all waste and deposit at specified points within the facility boundary.

What we're looking for:

- 1 years minimum previous maintenance/Cleaning experience
- Ideally with previous experience working within a secure facility
- Hold a current clean driving licence
- Access to a vehicle
