As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to building a Business Process Management capability for Norfolk & Suffolk.

About the Role:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management of all work packages related to Business Process Management, aligning with the Joint Transformation Programme vision and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Transformation Director to design and implement effective business management processes and practices.
  • Design and implement end-to-end business process management, including best practices for performance visibility and accountability.
  • Establish a culture of transparency and trust to ensure effective visibility and accountability.

About You:

  • Experience: Significant experience working at a management level in a business planning and change role, managing multiple complex/cross-cutting workstreams.
  • Skills: Recognised programme/project management practitioner-level qualification (or equivalent level experience) and in-depth knowledge of analytical techniques and business analysis methods.
  • Attributes: Proven ability to demonstrate effective leadership and people management skills, with experience of developing teams to achieve results.
