About the Role:
Customer Service Advisors are sought after by Pin Point Recruitment for their vibrant Derby branch as a Customer Service Advisor within the stationary and office supplies team.

We're looking for an enthusiastic problem solver and customer champion to own the conversation with our customers, ensuring seamless service that fuels our branch's continued growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as a bridge between our customers and internal sales teams, providing exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations.

A successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering results, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Phone Hero: Answering calls, resolving customer queries, and providing world-class support
  • Microsoft Office Expert: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Data-Driven Problem Solver: Analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £11.53 per hour (£22,500 per annum)
- 37.5 hours per week

About You:
