Estate Care and Maintenance Manager

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Estate Care and Maintenance Manager to join our client based in Egham. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the estate's properties, outbuildings, paths, walkways, plant rooms, swimming pools, water features, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. DIY and HVAC: Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry.
  2. Maintenance Scheduling: Manage schedules for HVAC, lighting, domestic white goods, water features, and swimming pools.
  3. Swimming Pool Service: Service all swimming pools and water features.
  4. Legionella Checks: Perform legionella checks, flush cold and hot systems, and take readings.
  5. HVAC Service: Service HVAC across the estate.
  6. Temperature Readings: Take AC temperature readings and log them onto the system.
  7. PPM Plant Room Checks: Carry out generic PPM plant room checks.
  8. Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractors on site.
  9. Waste Management: Assist with waste management, including cleaning bins.

Requirements: A pool plant qualification, facilities management background, and knowledge of how to repair plant and machinery are essential for this role.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
