About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at Packwood House, a 16th-century Tudor manor house renowned for its collection of textiles and gardens. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to your team, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional service to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the team to deliver outstanding service to our visitors
  • Ensure all displays and signs are accurate and the food is presented to a high standard
  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed
  • Supervise the induction and training of colleagues
  • Lead and support the team to achieve excellent service standards
