Food and Beverage Team Leader Position

The National Trust is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our café operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support to your team to ensure they are consistently delivering great service to our customers
* Supervise the induction and training of colleagues to build a team dedicated to great service and customer satisfaction
* Ensure all displays and signs are accurate and that food is presented in an appealing manner
* Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed
Requirements
* Friendly and adaptable with a positive 'can-do' approach
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer service
* Aware of health and safety compliance
* Ability to lead and support a team every day
