About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors and ensuring that our cafes operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control inventory, stock levels, and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop and implement new menu items, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
