Silbo Select Ltd is a forward-thinking market leader looking to strengthen its team in the South East.
We require a talented Business Development Manager to cover this region, promoting high-quality cutting products and solutions to Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors. The ideal candidate will have first-class communication and negotiation skills combined with a winning mentality.
Working from home and reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business selling directly to customers and within a distribution network. You will be covering a range of postcodes and should ideally live in areas such as Bromley, Croydon, Dartford, Kingston upon Thames, Rochester, Redhill, or Tunbridge Wells.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing existing accounts and developing new business
- Promoting high-quality cutting products and solutions
- Selling directly to customers and within a distribution network
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- First-class communication and negotiation skills
- A winning mentality
- Ability to read Engineering drawings
- Mechanical Engineering qualification or technical apprenticeship
- Experience in CNC machining or programming machines
What We Offer
