Business Development Executive

A unique opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to drive revenue and nurture client relationships in the public sector, with a particular focus on police forces.
- Drive business growth by serving as the main point of contact for key clients and identifying additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and present tailored solutions to win new business opportunities and secure sales pipeline growth.
- Build trusted relationships through exceptional communication, presentation, and account management skills.
- Pursue a proactive approach to business development, staying attuned to client needs and industry trends.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in multi-product solutions (hardware and software).
- Extensive experience selling to public sector organisations, ideally police forces, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Strong self-motivation and results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDIC is highly valued.
An attractive compensation package includes:
- Base salary up to £80,000 plus uncapped OTE of £120,000.
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2–3 days per week in the office near Kingston upon Thames.
- Private medical insurance, early Friday finishes, birthday leave, additional holiday purchase options, and pension contributions.
