Job Description

As an Operations Leader, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and excellence across our sites. You'll work closely with our General Managers to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, increase sales, and improve efficiency.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Managing and developing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with our procurement team to negotiate best-in-class deals with suppliers
  • Implementing processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

You'll be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to drive business results. You'll also provide coaching and development opportunities to our General Managers to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in operations management or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We're offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
