Lettings Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lettings Manager to join our team at DLK Recruit. As a key member of our sales and lettings division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a small team of lettings professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to attract new business and grow our lettings portfolio
- Maximize business opportunities by effectively managing website, Rightmove, and Zoopla enquiries
- Provide in-branch training and coaching to team members as required, and lead the lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets
- Handle day-to-day general enquiries, face-to-face and over the phone, and manage administrative tasks to support sales
- Drive lead generation and stay up-to-date with industry and legal updates to ensure branch compliance
- Previous experience in lettings or estate agency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A highly motivated attitude and strong desire to succeed
- Driver with own vehicle
We offer a competitive base salary up to £35k, plus commission depending on experience, with an OTE of £55k. If you are a driven and ambitious individual looking to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you.
