Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for creating and developing valuations and lets within the branch, generating leads, and managing lettings staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and establish a marketing and canvassing plan to maximize sales and lettings potential.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide in-branch training and coaching to lettings staff to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one reviews and appraisals to monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Handle day-to-day general enquiries, face-to-face and over the phone, and administer tasks efficiently.
  • Complete all necessary sections of checklists in full and on time to ensure compliance.
  • Maximize business potential by actioning website and online property portal enquiries.
  • Drive lead generation through partnerships with third-party suppliers.
  • Ensure branch compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Manage landlord updates and ensure all notes are completed on the contemporaneous software system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings or estate agency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A good record of personal effectiveness and customer-driven approach.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Driver with own vehicle.

Benefits:

Basic salary up to £35k + commission depending on experience, with a realistic OTE of £55k+.
