About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lettings Manager to join our team at DLK Recruit. As a key member of our sales and lettings division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business
  • Maximize sales and lettings opportunities through proactive lead generation and conversion
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support sales and lettings operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and legal updates to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Previous experience in lettings or estate agency
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated attitude and strong desire to succeed
  • Driver with own vehicle
What We Offer
