Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lettings Manager to join our team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the overall income and profitability of our lettings department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maximize the overall income and profitability of the lettings department.
  • Meet agreed personal targets and conduct market appraisals efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor lettings team members to ensure they are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
  • Manage the daily operation of the lettings department and host morning meetings to ensure they are focused and helpful.

Requirements

  • Previous lettings and valuations experience is required.
  • A proven track record with knowledge and experience to generate new business.
  • People management skills, resilience, drive, and determination.
  • Ability to communicate, lead by example, and achieve success.
  • A full UK driving license and own car is essential (parking is provided).
