Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at DLK Recruit. As a key member of our sales and lettings division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a small team of lettings professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new business
  • Maximize business opportunities through effective use of online platforms and lead generation
  • Provide training and coaching to team members as required
  • Manage day-to-day lettings operations, including face-to-face and telephone enquiries
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legislation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in lettings or estate agency
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated attitude and strong desire to succeed
  • Driver with own vehicle

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary up to £35k + commission
  • OTE £55k
