Early Years Quality Assurance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Quality Assurance Director to join our management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our early years settings.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
- Conducting regular quality assurance audits and evaluations
- Providing coaching and mentoring to staff to improve their practice and skills
- Collaborating with the management team to drive continuous improvement and innovation
You will have a strong background in early years education and a proven track record of leading quality assurance initiatives. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
