Job Title: Cruise Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Cruise Sales Professional to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of cruise holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer inquiries and converting them into sales
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the travel industry, preferably in a cruise sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the cruise industry and its products
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
