Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer inquiries over the phone and email to sell cruise holidays
  • Switch selling to different dates or cabins to meet customer needs
  • Converting sales inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Reaching and exceeding sales targets to earn commission
  • Identifying and acting on up-selling opportunities to increase revenue
  • Providing exceptional customer service to build long-lasting relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the travel industry, preferably in a sales role
  • Knowledge of the cruise industry and its products
  • Confident and professional approach to building customer rapport and relationships
  • Experience in negotiation and influencing skills to close sales
  • Knowledge of worldwide travel and destinations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple software applications
