We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team at S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd in the construction sector.

The role will involve dealing with tenants, booking in appointments with engineers, scheduling diaries, and adding new leads to the system. This will be a phone-based role, requiring strong customer service skills and organizational abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service or scheduling, with excellent communication and time management skills.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive salary of £25,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders
  • Book appointments with engineers and schedule diaries
  • Add new leads to the system
  • Manage and maintain accurate records
