We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Administration Assistant at MET Recruitment UK Ltd. This exciting opportunity will see you supporting our business with administrative duties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process bookings to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicates
- Investigate and resolve courier-related issues with DPD and DHL
- Manage international deliveries and coordinate with suppliers
- Create and upload purchase orders in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely completion
- Monitor and maintain warehouse workflow to optimize efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an after-sales or business support role
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £22,000-£24,000 per year
