About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized support, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer a fantastic service from the start, including opening doors for customers and providing refreshments.
  • Share knowledge about the wellbeing benefits of our feel good furniture.
  • Take customers through our exclusive chair fitting service, enabling them to find the right furniture for their needs.
  • Have an eye for detail to assist customers with creating their dream furniture, from fabrics, leathers, and styling options.
  • Help keep our showroom and products looking their best by ensuring they are clean, fresh, and welcoming.
  • Ensure customers are happy by creating a welcoming and friendly space.
  • Process customer orders accurately to ensure their feel good furniture is crafted to their specification and arrives exactly as they imagined.
  • Ensure you are smart in appearance, keeping your uniform clean and well presented.
Requirements
  • Experience within retail sales or customer service.
  • Customer service or customer-facing experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A friendly, welcoming, and caring attitude.
  • Experience in assisting customers to complete a sales order.
