- Have an eye for detail to assist the customer with creating their dream furniture, from fabrics, leathers and styling options.
- Help to keep our showroom, products looking their best by ensuring that they are clean, fresh and welcoming.
- Ensure that customers are happy by creating a welcoming and friendly space.
- Process customer orders accurately to ensure that their feel good furniture is crafted to their specification and arrives exactly as they imagined.
- Ensure that you are smart in appearance, keeping your uniform clean and well presented.
- Experience within retail sales.
- Customer service or customer facing experience.
- Attention to detail.
- A friendly, welcoming and caring attitude.
- Experience in assisting customers to complete a sales order.
