Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Financial Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative and junior paraplanning duties, supporting top-performing Financial Planners in a family-oriented and vibrant working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business and client illustrations and valuations
  • Prepare suitability reports and quotes, and relevant application paperwork via various external provider platforms
  • Compile cases for processing, ensuring all required paperwork is included and signed
  • Process reports and associated paperwork for BED/ISA, Top Up, and Fund switches
  • Use back office systems for accurate record keeping, client file updating, and scanning allocation to relevant client files

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have industry-related experience and ideally be Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards. They will be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
