Financial Services Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join our dynamic team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers and Paraplanning team, ensuring an efficient and smooth service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive administrative support to the adviser team, including data gathering and preparation of fact finding documents for financial planning meetings.
  • Ensure client records and Fact Finds are kept updated on our back office system.
  • Process applications and track progress on provider platforms.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans and cash flow forecasts.
  • Record new business submissions correctly on our back office system.
Requirements:
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Working knowledge of the regulated Financial Services Industry.
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services admin role, with familiarity with industry terms.
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
