We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Administration professional. This exciting opportunity will involve providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify bookings to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicates
- Investigate and resolve DPD and DHL courier-related issues
- Manage international deliveries and coordinate with suppliers
- Prepare and upload purchase orders in a timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor pre-order notifications and take necessary actions
- Handle claims related to failed DPD deliveries
- Maintain a smooth warehouse workflow
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £22,000-£24,000 per year
- A 30-minute lunch break and 28 holidays per annum, including bank holidays
