Account Manager - Endoscopy - South East

Purpose Statement
The role of the Account Manager (AM) is to manage the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities in the region, managing account planning across the customer base, and driving the execution of regional and local sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to the development of annual strategic plans by providing business intelligence for accounts in scope.
- Understands account unmet needs and expectations and develops detailed account plans.
- Develops stakeholder maps, defines touchpoints, and action plans for each stakeholder.
- Built and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOLs, and promotes Health Economics arguments.
- Supports clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities.
- Plans and prepares tenders/proposals based on account situations and understanding.
- Develops deal models and creates IPAT.
- Timely reaches out to customers regarding new agreements and identifies new sales opportunities.
- Records customer information and activities in the company's CRM system.
