We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Black Sheep Utilities Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for our utility contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, client acquisition, and closing.
- Provide customers with information on a range of utility contracts using a script-driven approach.
- Build and maintain CRM databases to track sales pipelines and customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B telesales, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of computer literacy, with experience of CRM systems and databases.
- Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
