Job Purpose
The role of the Sales Executive is to drive sales growth by meeting agreed sales volumes, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Essential:
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
Experience

- Motor industry experience.
Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
- Previous Motor Trade Sales Experience
- Full UK driving licence.
- Smart appearance.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
Desirable:
- Relevant product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the manufacturer sales process, meeting enquiry management targets.
- Understand and apply manufacturer mystery shopping criteria when dealing with customers.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, including showroom displays and customer information.
- Prospect for new and used car customers, maintaining regular contact to ensure relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
- Convey the culture of putting customers first, adhering to TCF guidelines.
- Maximise sales opportunities by offering finance solutions, adhering to FCA guidelines.
- Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers are given a full briefing on the vehicle's operation.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales penetration.
- Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
