As a Front Office Supervisor at Delta Hotels Edinburgh, you will play a crucial role in building an experience that is memorable and unique for our guests. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs using our company standard
- Engage with guests confidently and professionally at all times
- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes
- Process various payment types, including room charges, cash, and debit/credit
- Communicate effectively between departments on guest requests
- Provide helpful information and recommendations to our guests
**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
