Logistics Coordinator

The client is a leading international importer in the FMCG industry based in Northolt.
Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating all transport out of the company, including customer orders and transfers to/from other warehouses, by liaising closely with the sales admin team and resolving any queries related to UK transport.
- Ensuring the most competitive and reliable solutions for UK transport are implemented.
- Booking all deliveries into the warehouse and 3rd party warehouses, ensuring volumes and timings align with warehouse capacity and requirements.
- Maintaining the Order chasing spreadsheet and warehouse calendars up to date.
- Processing all UK transport and storage invoices in a timely manner.
- Processing all goods invoices in a timely manner and escalating any queries to the purchasing team.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of stock and logistics, with experience in a similar environment.
- Ideal experience in FMCG.
- Be able to work in the office full time.
