Page Personnel Sales is proud to partner with an international importer in the FMCG industry based in Northolt.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all transport out of the company, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions for UK transport, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and invoices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all transport out of the company, including customer orders and transfers to/from other warehouses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales admin team and transport providers to ensure efficient and reliable solutions.
  • Manage delivery bookings and warehouse calendars to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Process and verify all UK transport and storage invoices in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with purchasing team to ensure accurate and timely processing of goods invoices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics and stock management, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry and transportation processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
