Page Personnel Sales is proud to partner with an international importer in the FMCG industry based in Northolt.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing all transport out of the company, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions for UK transport.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales admin team to ensure seamless transportation of customer orders and transfers to/from other warehouses.
  • Book deliveries into the warehouse and 3rd party warehouses, ensuring volumes and timings align with warehouse capacity and requirements.
  • Manage the Order chasing spreadsheet and warehouse calendars to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Process UK transport and storage invoices in a timely manner.
  • Verify and process goods invoices in a timely manner, raising queries to the purchasing team as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of stock and logistics, with experience in a similar environment.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry preferred.
  • Ability to work in the office full-time.
