At Resideo, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our key customers in South East England.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the Smart Home, Fire & Security, Video Surveillance, Residential and Commercial AV, Data Communications & Networking, Tools & Hardware and Wire & Cable, Intrusion and Access Control markets.

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing customers
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and increased share of wallet
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Providing technical training and support to customers and the branch network
  • Engaging with periodic sales campaigns and strategies

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with professionals at all organisational levels.
