Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our Out of Home (OOH) team at Nestlé Professional. As a key member of our Contract Catering team, you will be responsible for managing and developing defined Categories within our key contract catering head office accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop defined Categories within our key contract catering head office accounts.
  • Work closely with the Contract Catering Lead and wider team to drive direct engagement and development in these accounts and sectors.
  • Deliver required level and new points of distribution across these customer portfolios.
  • Monitor and analyse customers performance, identifying trends to accurately forecast business performance.
  • Drive clear direction through Category Plans aligned to the overall Customer strategies and customer need.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of Sales in the FMCG/Foodservice Industry managing some key national customers, to include OOH.
  • Established Customer Key Account management skills focused on collaboratively driving Joint Business plans aligned at a top-to-top level between the Customer and Nestlé Professional.
  • The ability to analyse data, build insights based on analysis and develop plans to address new opportunities.
  • Influencing & networking across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including senior level.
