Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Services Specialist to join our growing Client Services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-tier service to your client portfolio, ensuring all communications, invoices, and reports are accurate and timely.
  • Proactively manage client needs across departments, using multiple systems and the full Microsoft suite.
  • Handle fluctuating workloads and incoming queries with independence, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate within an expanding, dynamic team with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
