About the Role

As a qualified Contact Lens Optician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice to our valued patients. Your passion for patient care will contribute to creating a positive experience that keeps them coming back.

You'll work collaboratively across our clinics and store locations, supporting daily operations under the guidance of the Store Manager or Hub Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding patient care by working with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Build lasting relationships with colleagues, customers, and healthcare professionals in the local community. Explore opportunities to enhance services through these connections.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of contact lens technology and spectacle dispensing to train and develop the wider optical team.
  • Validate complex prescriptions and cater to the needs of vulnerable patient groups, providing expert guidance for those with specialized requirements.
  • Have the opportunity to supervise a Student Contact Lens Optician or Student Dispensing Optician.
What You'll Need:
  • Full GOC registration
