Job Summary

This role will provide administration support for the Public Sector division to ensure it maximises its position on all relevant Framework and Supply Agreements, drives contract-compliant revenue/profit growth and contributes to our goal of optimal productivity across the UK Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a strong team working relationships within the Public Sector division.
  • Manage the Tenders mailbox providing timely, accurate and complete distribution of incoming messages.
  • Ensure that every valid opportunity is recorded and distributed correctly when covering the Tenders mailbox.
  • Maintain the master Opportunity Log for framework and supply agreement opportunities.
  • Assist with the ownership and maintenance of e-tender portals and the master Login workbook.
  • Manage the Enablement mailbox and all associated actions to support Public Sector Sales and other CDW teams in a timely manner.
  • Ensure correct Framework & Supply Agreement contract codes are maintained on quotes and orders on Navision.
  • Assist the Framework Operations Manager with Management Information (MI) reporting and take ownership of some elements when requested.
  • Become fully conversant with our Public Sector frameworks, their contractual and reporting requirements and their application within the business.
  • Assist with completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), Standard Selection Questionnaires (SQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) information for Public Sector Procurement exercises.
  • Assist with completion of Framework and Supply Agreement Call-Off Contracts
  • Assist with provision of Sales Analytics reporting for Public Sector Sales Management.
  • General Public Sector Enablement Team administration.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Windows File Manager) and general IT skills
  • Basic Navision/ERP skills (Framework training will be provided).
