Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Public Sector Enablement Administrator to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Public Sector division, you will play a vital role in ensuring we maximise our position on all relevant Framework and Supply Agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with our Public Sector team members.
  • Manage the Tenders mailbox, distributing incoming messages promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure every valid opportunity is recorded and distributed correctly when covering the Tenders mailbox.
  • Maintain our master Opportunity Log for framework and supply agreement opportunities.
  • Support the ownership and maintenance of e-tender portals and the master Login workbook.
  • Manage the Enablement mailbox and associated actions to support our Public Sector Sales and other CDW teams.
  • E nsure correct Framework & Supply Agreement contract codes are maintained on quotes and orders on Navision.
  • Assist the Framework Operations Manager with Management Information (MI) reporting and take ownership of some elements when requested.
  • Become familiar with our Public Sector frameworks, their contractual and reporting requirements, and their application within the business.
  • Assist with completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), Standard Selection Questionnaires (SQ), and Invitation to Tender (ITT) information for Public Sector Procurement exercises.
  • Assist with completing Framework and Supply Agreement Call-Off Contracts.
  • Provide Sales Analytics reporting for Public Sector Sales Management.
  • Perform general administration tasks for the Public Sector Enablement Team.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Windows File Manager) and general IT skills.
  • Familiarity with basic Navision/ERP skills (Framework training will be provided).

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum
