Public Sector Enablement Coordinator

As a Public Sector Enablement Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administration support for the Public Sector division to ensure it maximises its position on all relevant Framework and Supply Agreements, drives contract-compliant revenue/profit growth and contributes to our goal of optimal productivity across the UK Public Sector. You will be responsible for building strong team working relationships within the Public Sector division, managing the Tenders mailbox, and ensuring that every valid opportunity is recorded and distributed correctly. You will also maintain the master Opportunity Log for framework and supply agreement opportunities, assist with the ownership and maintenance of e-tender portals, and manage the Enablement mailbox. Additionally, you will ensure correct Framework & Supply Agreement contract codes are maintained on quotes and orders on Navision, assist the Framework Operations Manager with Management Information (MI) reporting, and become fully conversant with our Public Sector frameworks. You will also assist with completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), Standard Selection Questionnaires (SQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) information for Public Sector Procurement exercises, and assist with completion of Framework and Supply Agreement Call-Off Contracts. Furthermore, you will assist with provision of Sales Analytics reporting for Public Sector Sales Management and general Public Sector Enablement Team administration. The ideal candidate will have Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Windows File Manager) and general IT skills, as well as basic Navision/ERP skills. They will also possess self-starter qualities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work quickly and remain focussed under pressure. They will also have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, strong ethical values, and understanding of the importance of maintaining compliance and confidentiality where appropriate. They will also be self-motivated and driven by challenges, patient, tolerant, and resilient, and accountable for all aspects of the work. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer focus and for periodically reviewing the Circle of Service Philosophy and the Quality Policy to understand CDW's commitment to excellent client service and continual improvement. They will also be required to comply with CDW's policies relating to Information Security and Data protection, specifically to protect all information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction & interference, treat the security of all information assets according to their designated information security classification, ensure that they only access information assets that they are authorised to do so, adhere to the procedure for reporting any security weakness or event, commit to, and participate in, personal development of information security awareness & knowledge, and comply with all laws and contractual obligations regarding the protection of data. They will also be able to work with people who inspire them, people with positive, success-driven attitudes who they will learn from and forge strong relationships with. They will also be able to bring their best true self-and their best ideas-to CDW.
