Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational manager to lead our home in Ibstock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people, while also driving the development and growth of our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless support and care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Experience of managing teams in a residential care setting
  • Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or equivalent
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
