We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Residential Manager to join our team at Aspris Children's Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care and support to young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
