Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring manager to lead our home in Ibstock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people, while also driving the development and growth of our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of childcare practitioners to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
- Collaborate with our wider team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve excellent outcomes for our young people
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in childcare
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care and safety

Requirements
- Experience of managing teams in a residential childcare setting
- Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Full driving licence
