About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Manager to lead our home in Ibstock, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for young people with emotional, developmental, and/or behavioural difficulties.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, managing a team of staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care and support are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Ensure the home is a safe and welcoming environment for young people and staff
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care services
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to care

Requirements
  • Experience of managing a team in a residential care setting
  • Qualifications in childcare or a related field (e.g. Level 5 Diploma/DipSW)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and services
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances
