As a Children's Services Director, you will oversee daily activities, supervise a team, and ensure that our residents receive top-notch care in a secure and supportive setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Management: Supervise and guide a 2-bed children's residential home team.
  • Care Provision: Deliver superior care focusing on children's safety, welfare, and growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure we meet Ofsted and CQC requirements through updated procedures and records.
  • Staff Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate staff members.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality care.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure staff are trained in safeguarding and sensitive issues management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in children's residential care management.
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare or willingness to complete.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding, and compliance.
