Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Children Services Manager to lead our residential care team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people in our care. This includes managing a team of staff, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and developing strategies to improve outcomes for our residents.

You will work closely with our directors and operations manager to ensure the efficient operation of our service. Your expertise in childcare and leadership will be essential in shaping our care practices and promoting equal opportunities for all.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving the lives of children and young people.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in social work or related field
  • Experience in residential care management
  • Leadership and management qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 5)
