About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work afternoons in a dynamic reception area. Key responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming calls and transferring them efficiently
• Greeting clients and receiving cheques with receipts
• Managing meeting room bookings and updating absence systems
• Sending self-certification forms and carrying out switchboard and franking machine training
• Assisting HR and Office Manager and covering job share absences

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
