About the Role

The Apple Compensation team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Professional to assist with country-specific Gender Pay Reporting across the globe. This role will support the compensation function by gathering data, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and being a trusted partner with consultants to complete calculations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support compensation activities for country-specific gender pay gap reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  2. Audit, maintain, enhance, and refresh home-grown Excel-based tools to streamline data analysis and reporting.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and assist with compensation changes and communication initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with Compensation Business Partners, People Business Partners, and recruiters to develop a global compensation strategy aligned with Apple's overall compensation philosophy.
  5. Maintain working relationships with cross-functional project teams and develop a network of Compensation professionals to stay informed about pay practices and trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Compensation or Payroll Analyst/Administrator role, with a strong understanding of Excel.
  • Demonstrated previous experience with project management, with a focus on delivering results in a complex, matrix, and fast-paced environment.
